Where are you located and where can I find you?

What locations do you ship to?
Worldwide. The customer will be responsible for all international duties and taxes.
Our team will contact you directly by phone or email when your order is ready for pickup. Payment confirmation emails are not pickup verification notices.
When will my order be shipped?
All in stock items, if received by 11:00am, will be shipped the same day. Orders after 11:00am, will be shipped the next business day.
What shipping options do I have, how much, and what is the cost?
We ship all items through Canada Post. Rates can be found at Canada Post
How do I check on my order while I am waiting for it to arrive?
A tracking order will be provided to you via e-mail.
Does the product have a warranty?
Some products do. Please check our website Warranty and Repair tab on the bottom of our Home Page.
How do I return a product?
How can I find the stores policy on returns?

Why was my return rejected?
It did not meet the Warranty or Store Criteria. Please contact us directly at 306-934-TACT (8228) for further clarification.
When do I get my refund?
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed. Depending on what credit card you have, it can take 2-5 days for it to show up on your credit card.
Are you open on weekends? What are your store hours?
Starting September 1st, 2017 we will be open EVERY Saturday 11:00am-4:00pm. Our regular store hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am-4:30pm.

How do I know you have received my order?
You will receive e-mail confirmation with status update. If you do not receive an e-mail, please contact the store directly at 306-934-TACT (8228).
Do I need to pay via credit card?
Yes, all online orders must be paid via credit card. However, if you are an Account Holder or have a Purchase Order, such as SPS, Corrections, Military, EMS, please contact the store directly to place an order.
When is my credit card charged?
Is everything in stock?
The majority of our products are in stock or at our warehouse. However, due to high demand, we cannot guarantee this, as popular items may be back ordered from time to time. In store items will be shipped immediately. Warehouse items will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
Can I order online and pick up in store?

No, we are closed. However, our online store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We accept all major credit cards except Amex, and America Express.
